Part 1

Saturday
OH. MY. JESUS. This had to be the most chaotic day of my life. Lots of freaking out and uncertainty but lets get started! (MM activities don't start until later)
I
decided to wear my Paradise Live Nico Yazawa because that morning was a
Love Live Meet my friend was holding. He owns the infamous Nicospeed3
Nico Yazawa themed itasha. His car = life goals. Anyways, I end up meeting these two cosplayers cosplaying Paradise Live Kotori Minami and another Paradise Live Nico at the meet! They were so cute and looked amazing. I sometimes have some body confidence issues when I wear this specific cosplay. When I first wore it to San Japan in 2015, the skit was large on me causing it to slip and shift around. When it did shift, it ended up showing my stomach gut which was unflattering as hell. I wore it a few times after then never touched it until recently. I really nailed it hard and rocked every minute wearing it. Being alongside those confident cosplayers made me feel confident about what I was wearing. I want to thank those cosplayers for being so chill and fun to talk to!~Start of MM Activities~
After the Love Live Meetup, I headed to the vendor hall for a quick bite. After eating, I realized that the Superpass holders autograph session for Morning Musume 16' was going on. I went to go check it out and noticed a whole bunch of fans waiting outside the autograph area watching the girls and being silly with them. I decided to join the party and I don't regret doing so despite the worry about lining up for the concert looming in my mind. So I decide to start shooting some stuff for my snapchat for school friends who like seeing footage from the convention I attended. I ended up getting Sakura to wave at me while taking a snap!! It's probably one of my favorite snaps I got all weekend. You can check it out on my Facebook page here!
So after crying for the 3rd time this weekend, I got myself together and headed toward the line for the concert later on tonight. I chilled with a few awesome MM fans just talking and even dancing to songs at one point. Again, I'm so bad with names (please forgive me), but a girl and I were dancing to One Two Three until we saw Aika pass by! We didn't notice until another fan pointed her out on the escalator. We stopped and we chanted Aika's name, telling her "daisuke", and such. I still wonder if she really noticed us dancing to One Two Three!!
So after the Aika hype, we notice on the Morning Musume 16' in Houston Facebook group that someone said the volunteers will begin ticket distribution for the concert in about 10 minutes. We were confused at this point because originally we were just gonna get in line and get in the concert with no ticket required. This wasn't the case anymore. The group and I rushed to the Video Game Hall and got in line for the tickets. We ended up getting ours about 15 minutes later and the ticket guaranteed our spot in line for the concert. I was the 30th to receive the general attendee ticket which was pretty decent! But it doesn't end there...
Not even 5 minutes later, we receive word that the tickets are now invalid. At this point, we just want to know what the heck is going on and what is gonna be the process for getting in line for the concert. Apparently, from what we heard, there was miscommunication between two co-heads and volunteers. One co-head said to let attendees get in line without a ticket but the other co-head gave the all clear for tickets to be distributed. Staff and volunteers discussed then decided to make the tickets valid once again since they already distributed. Before we knew it, it was 5:00 PM and we started to line up. They asked for ticket holders to hold up their tickets for them to be checked numerous of times but it was understandable and they kept trying to just keep things under control.
The concert didn't start until 7:00 PM so we had a whole bunch of time to chill and get to know more fans. There was a camera crew walking around interviewing fans before the concert. Out of nowhere, they come over and ask to interview a friend and I! They asked simple question like "Why are you a fan of Morning Musume?", "What makes Morning Musume unique?" and "Who is your favorite member?". I don't remember what I said to be honest. It just happened so quick. After interviewing us, the crew went to go film more and it was fun seeing who got interviewed~
After getting interviewed, I ended up meeting 3 of the 氷 Qリム Ice Qream members from Canada! They were so much fun to talk to and
even thanked me for bringing up the topic of overseas idols at the
Q&A yesterday. While we were talking, we heard MM doing their sound
checks and we could hear One and Only being played!! We all got up and
starting singing and dancing as the sound check went on! Even after the
sound check stopped, we continued until we finished the whole song. I'm
sorry if we annoyed anyone but we just couldn't hold back since it's probably one of my favorite MM songs currently. So finally, it was time to enter the Main Events hall! I felt so pumped. It was going to be my first actual, real life, official idol concert! What makes it better is that its Morning Musume! I would give anything to go back and make this my first concert ever (My first concert was taken by Lady Gaga orz). I went in holding hands with friends trying N O T to cry. It was the last thing I needed to happen.
Now I'm not kidding when I say this, but I really think they found my MM playlist online cause they played ALL of my favorites! Here is the setlist:

14. One Two Three
It was such an amazing experience. I didn't even chant the first half the concert because I was stunned. The atmosphere, singing, dancing, aurora, fans, sight, and even the smell. It was my first idol concert. I was here witnessing probably one of the greatest overseas concerts done by Morning Musume.
When we reached Ai no Gundan, that's when I lost it and began chanting and jumping to my hearts content. I actually had two pretty tall people I front of me so it was somewhat hard to see. But I swear I jumped as high as they did from Ai no Gundan to One Two Three. I also ended up re-spraining my ankle during One Two Three which hurt alot. I had to have a friend help me out of there after I left the Main Events hall. Even then, I left with so many tears and happiness. 7 years of waiting is almost paid off.
That was it for Saturday! Part 3 (Sunday) will include my accounts from the autograph session, Sakura being a tease, and the supportive fans who helped me not to cry (but you know I obviously failed LOL). Please be on the lookout for Part 3 tomorrow! Thanks for reading ♡♡
