Recap: Morning Musume 16' feat. Anime Matsuri X Part 3 (FINAL)

Here is the final part of my 3 part adventure at Anime Matsuri to see Morning Musume 16'! I want to thank those who have read everything up to now and for the positive feedback I've received so far! In this final part, I will talk about the general attendee autograph session and my fan account of the whole experience meeting them! For those who aren't familiar with idol culture/fans, it is common to post your experience or conversation with the idols you meet. Just as a fair warning, the whole thing was a total blurr since it happened so fast and it took awhile to sink in. If some things I remembered are incorrect, I'm very sorry!

So since I was guaranteed an autograph, I got to sleep in a little longer which helped me a lot. I arrived about 5 minutes before they opened the vendor hall and did some trading and talking with fellow fans! (Shout-out to the people that brought merchandise!) After they opened the vendor hall, we all rushed to the autograph section and redeemed our ticket. I ended up being in line next to some friends I met yesterday during the line situation before the concert! The autograph session was to start at 10:00 AM but since this is Anime Matsuri, they girls didn't arrive until around 10:40 AM(?).

When the girls arrived, they waved and said hello to everyone like normal. However, the real fun happened after they sat down. I started getting nervous and my friends were trying to calm me down before I spill my spaghetti. Last night at the concert, the girls taught us "Gambatte Ikimashoi!" (excuse this horrible weeaboo Japanese skills). We decided to do it before we go off and meet them. Sakura, Duu, and (I believe) Miki, looked over at us smiling and excited! Sakura already knew me as the fan who kept crying at everything and she decided to tease me at one point. She kept looking over at my friends and I to smile and wave at us! I would almost lose it every time haha.

So the line finally starts moving and then a whole wave of Superpass people started to come in. Apparently, not only did they let in Superpass holders who missed yesterday's session, they let Superpass and general attendees who didn't win/wanted to see them again buy a t-shirt and guarantee them an autograph. I'm an inpatient person, I'll admit it now. So seeing a superpass holder get in line when i was 2 people away from meeting them irritated me a a little. (I'm horrible I know LOL)

So I finally get my chance and well.. here is what went down with each member:

• Mizuki: Hello!
  Me: -trying not to cry but fails- H-Hello! Gambatte Leader!
  Mizuki: Ah!! Thank you!
  Me: Thank you!
• Erina: Hello!
  Me: Hii!
  Erina: -signs- Thank you! -smiling and waving-
  Me: Thank you!
• Kanon: Hi!
  Me: Zukki! Gambatte Ikuze after Sotsugyo! -felt emberassed after failed japanese-
  Kanon: Ah! Gambatte! Thank you!
  Me:-stars crying alittle more-
  Kanon: Oh! Dont cry!!
  Me: Hai! Thank you!
  Kanon: Thank you! ♡
• Haruna: Hi!
  Me: Hi!! -still crying from Kanon-
  Haruna: Eh?! Everything will be alright! Ok?
  Me: Ok!
  Haruna: YAY!! -gives me high fives-
  Me: Yay! -high fives back- Thank you!!
  Haruna: Thank you!
• Ayumi: Hello!
  Me: Hello! -still crying, you get the point-
  Ayumi: -signs- thank you!!
  Me: Thank you!
  -few moments later after moving on to Masaki-
  Auymi: Ah!! Link?! Link!! -pointing at backpack-
  Me: Yes! Link!
  Ayumi: I like Zelda! Play Zelda for me!
  Me: Yes! Thank you!!
• Masaki: Hello!
  Me: Hi!
  Masaki: Aww, your so cute~
  Me: Ehhh!? Thank you! -covering face-
  Masaki: -laughs- kawaii!
  Me: Thank you!!
  Masaki: Thank you!!
• Haruka: Hi!
  Me: Hi! -looks over at Sakura about to cry more-
  Haruka: Haha! Good luck!
  Me: Thank you so much!!
  Haruka: Thank you -continues to watch me as i go to Sakura-
• (ok this is where i basically break down and kinda do a dumb thing. i didn't know at the time so forgive me)
• Sakura: Hi!
  Me: -crying- H-Hi Sakura!! Oh! Write special message?
  Sakura: Ehh.. Sorry.. No message.. Against rules.. -gives me sad look-
  Me: Eh no no its ok!! Thank you so much! You are kamioshi!
  Sakura: Eh?!! Thank you! Thank you! Bai bai ♡ -waves-
  Me: Bai bai! -waving back-
• Haruna: Hello!
  Me: Hi! -crying from Sakura-
  Haruna: Dont cry! Everything good. Ok?
  Me: Ok!!
  Haruna: Yay! -gives thumbs up- Thank you!
  Me: Yay! -giving thumbs up back-
• Miki: Hello~
  Me: Hi!
  Miki: Hey dont feel bad about crying, i cried alot after the concert -laughs-
  Me: Eh! Wow!
  Miki: I'm so glad cause i felt bad for crying! Everything will be alright, i promise!
  Me: Yes! Thank you!
  Miki: Thank you!

  Marina: Will you be ok?
  Me: Yes! Just very happy to see you!

So like it wasnt until later that I realized Aika was recording my whole experience with each member at the autograph session and now my sobbing face will be on the DVD! Now when I buy the DVD, I'll show my future kids how much of a spazzy fangirl I was. After my session with them, I sat behind the red curtain rope separator with fellow fans. When the autograph session ended, the girls came over and took pictures, filmed video, and thanked us for everything! We all waved goodbye to them and after they left, all I could ask was "What do I do with my life now?"

My best friend, his friend, and his girlfriend met up with me afterwards and we left the con together around 3 PM. After lunch, I headed back home. Despite some of chaos that happened, this was the best weekend of my life. To think a week ago, i thought it would be ok if i missed seeing MM. I regret thinking that in the first place cause I don't know how I would have felt if I didn't go.
